Who we are
Goed Gerepareerd is a training institute for phone repair and micro soldering, and runs the independent Goed Gerepareerd quality mark. We are responsible for processing your data as described below.

No cookies
Deze website plaatst geen cookies en slaat niets op in je browser. Er zijn geen advertentienetwerken en geen social media trackers. Daarom zie je op deze site ook geen cookiemelding: er valt niets toe te staan of te weigeren.
We tellen wel hoeveel mensen de site bezoeken en welke pagina’s ze bekijken. Dat doen we met Cloudflare Web Analytics, een teller die zonder cookies werkt. Er wordt niet vastgelegd wie je bent, je wordt niet herkend als je terugkomt en je wordt niet gevolgd naar andere websites. Wij zien alleen totalen: hoeveel bezoeken, welke pagina’s, uit welk land en hoe snel de site laadt.
De lettertypen staan op onze eigen server. Behalve die teller gaat er vanaf deze website geen enkel verzoek naar Google of een ander bedrijf, en verder alleen op het moment dat jij zelf een formulier verstuurt.
What data we process
Only what you fill in yourself in one of our forms:
- Advice call and enrolment: your name, email address, phone number, your company name if applicable, the course you chose and whatever you write alongside it.
- Second opinion after a repair: in addition the country, which business repaired your device, which device it is and your description of what happened.
- Report about the quality mark: your name, email address, the business you are reporting and your explanation.
We deliberately ask for no more than we need to call you back and handle your question.
Why we process it
- To contact you and answer your question.
- To confirm and carry out your course enrolment, and to invoice.
- To mediate or draw up a second opinion if you ask for it.
- To investigate a report of misuse of the quality mark.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract with you, or the legitimate interest in replying to your message. For invoicing there is also a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to a course: twelve months, after which we delete them.
- Course enrolments and the related administration: seven years, because the tax authority requires it for invoices.
- Reports and second opinions: two years, so we can look back if the same matter comes up again.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising. We do work with a few parties that are needed to run the site:
- Web3Forms handles sending the forms and turns your message into an email to us.
- Our hosting provider stores the website and records the server's standard visitor logs.
- Cloudflare telt de bezoeken aan de site, zonder cookies en zonder je te herkennen.
If it concerns mediation between you and an affiliated repairer, we share only what is needed to discuss the matter, and only after you have asked for it.
Security
The site runs entirely over a secure connection. There is no database behind this website storing your data: everything you fill in goes straight to our mailbox.
Your rights
You can always ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or object to its use. Send an email to info@goedgerepareerd.nl and we will respond within four weeks.
If you disagree with how we handle this, you can lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or the Data Protection Authority in Belgium.
Changes
If our way of working changes, we update this statement. The date at the top shows when that last happened.
